Every product is inspected throughout the production process. Our quality control covers incoming components, assembly, functional performance, safety, reliability, appearance and packaging to ensure each product is ready for shipment.

2. Incoming Material Check
All incoming materials are checked before production.

Unqualified materials are separated and not used for assembly.

3. Assembly Inspection
Quality checks are carried out during each assembly stage.

4. Function Testing
Each product is tested according to its functions.

5. Safety and Reliability Test
Products are tested for stable and safe operation.

- Motor and pump stability
- Noise inspection
- Anti-leakage test
- Sensor protection test
- Abnormal operation protection
- Power adapter and electrical safety check
6. Final Inspection and Packaging
Before shipment, each finished product receives a final inspection.
We confirm:
- Product appearance and cleanliness
- Complete functions
- Correct accessories
- Power adapter and user manual
- Product labels and serial information
- Inner protection and packaging
- Carton strength and shipping marks

Only products that pass the final inspection are approved for packing and shipment.
